Here's another thing you have to understand. Whenever using cold packs, you want to make sure you're warm.
You don't want your teeth to be rattling.
You don't want to have that happening. You want to keep yourself warm.
When you use an ice pack somewhere on the body, you want to take a blanket and you want to place it over you.
You want to have a nice, cozy, warm blanket somehow on you while you're doing your cold pack.
something like this and what you do is you have a blanket on you you take the cold pack and you
have it somewhere do you have it on your lower back are you dealing with some kind of back pain
do you have it on your hip do you have it on your upper back do you have it on your side
do you have it on your rib cage are you putting a cold pack gently on the chest for a few minutes
at a time i want to go into that too with nerve inflammation vagus nerves problems when we have
swelling nerves frantic nerves vegas nerves and so forth but you want to keep warm when you're
doing your cold packs
